We ship almost everywhere!
Delivery costs on UK orders are included (there is no additional charge at checkout). UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class. We usually expect them to arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch.
International orders will incur an additional delivery charge at checkout. We ship international orders with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service or the closest alternative for countries where this service is not available.
Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation. Royal Mail Tracked and Signed services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import customs and duty charges if incurred.
Because our items are handmade, please allow a 5-7 day turnaround for your shoes to be made.
We will notify you by email once your order is made and ready for dispatch.
For purchases during a sale or made with a promo code, please allow a 10-15 day turnaround for your shoes to be made.
Any UK returns are liable for the post and packing costs and this amount will be deducted at the point of refund. International postage charges cannot be refunded
Please be aware that for international orders, you are responsible for any customs and duties that may be charged.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
For all items returned we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, as we can not refund or exchange for items not received.
Sale or discounted items are final and are not subject to our usual returns policy, unless faulty.
Because our shoes are handmade and some even customized, we do not do returns unless your product is defective. Returns must be filed within 7 days of customer receipt date and the product must be unworn. If you would like to schedule a return, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of customer receipt date. Once we have received your return product and it has been inspected we will issue your return. Please be aware that there may be a 10% restocking fee associated with the return.
We will do exchanges for sizes on unworn shoes within 30 days of customer receipt date; however, you will be required to pay the shipping cost on the new shoes being sent. Please measure your child's foot to ensure you order the right size. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email email@example.com within 30 days of customer receipt date to arrange shipping. Once the moccasins have been received and inspected, we will ship your new pair of moccasins to you. There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges on moccasins. Please include in your exchange request email the reason for return/exchange and the desired color and size.
All this being said, international sales are final. Please, oh please, measure your child's foot and compare it to our shoe size guidelines.
